Veteran linebacker Blake Martinez is prepared to set out on the following part of his vocation.

On Thursday evening, he formally declared his retirement from the NFL. Martinez posted a sincere message on Instagram about his retirement.

He is by all accounts content with his choice. "I'm declaring my retirement from the sport of football," Martinez composed.

"I've had an astonishing excursion for certain mind boggling establishments, and produced a deep rooted fellowship. I've decided to back away from this vocation right now to zero in on my family and future interests!

Martinez was a standout linebacker at Stanford, earning All-Pac-12 honors in 2015.

He was then drafted by the Green Cove Packers in 2016. In the wake of expenditure four seasons with the Packers, Martinez marked a rewarding arrangement with the New York Goliaths.

A leg tendon injury at last kept Martinez from arriving at his maximum capacity in New York. Therefore, he was delivered last September. He then endorsed with the Las Vegas Thieves prior to calling it a vocation.

Martinez would end his NFL vocation with 706 absolute handles, 22 pass shielded, 13 sacks, four block attempts and four constrained bungles.
